Adding Classes
If dancer wishes to add a class, please do so on www.TrinityArtsDance.com
Dropping/Switching Classes
Parents are responsible to fill out a Drop/Switch Class Form to inform our Office Manager before making ANY schedule changes. Failure to do so may result in additional tuition charges. Drop off the completed form into the Tuition Box at the studio. It will take 7-10 business days to process your request. Once you have received a confirmation email from the Office Manager about the change, you can then start attending your new dance schedule!
We will NOT accept emails, messages from instructor or phone messages as notification of Drop-Out. YOU MUST DROP A CLASS BY THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH TO STOP THE TUITION FROM BEING CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. There are no refunds of tuition for classes you're scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class. Parents/guardians are responsible for ALL tuition and charges incurred until the specified Drop-Out process has been completed and approved by the Office Manager.

- Download the Add/Drop/Hold Form above.*
- After downloading, open the file on your screen. On the top left of the window, select "FILE" and "PRINT" to print the form.
